In most cases they sell them in biological stores or markets. Are you Dutch? Then you can buy them at "In De Tuinen" in bags of 250GR or 500GR.

Fluffy bananacakes

After seeing these pancakes over and over again, I had to try them myself. So I did... and they tasted amazing! Fluffyness combined with the sweet banana taste that melts in your mouth.

These will take a bit more (approx. 30 min) of your time but believe me they're definitely worth it :).

What do you need?
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 2 spoons flax seed
- 1 cup soymilk
- 2 eggs
- fruit for example mango and/or strawberries
- honey

Instructions:
Cut the bananas in small pieces. Stir the banana pieces, oats, flax seed and soymilk first. Then stir the eggs separate and after that blend both mixtures together in a blender and blend everything until it's smooth. Mixing it with a mixer is also possible of course :).

Heat a bit of olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Poor a bit of the mixture in the frying pan and bake both sides until it's golden brownish.

Serve the pancakes while their still hot with honey and fruit.

Tip: While baking the fluffy pancakes you can put them in the oven on 80 C. so they will stay warm until you are ready with baking them all.

Chewy oat cookies!

Full of taste, healthy and super easy to make.

Made with just 4 ingredients: bananas, oats, mixed nuts and biological chocolate snips.

Instructions:
Preheat oven at 180 C.

Mash up 2 ripe bananas, mix this with one cup uncooked oats and handful of nuts.

Spray your baking plate with non-stickie cookie sheet.

Use around one spoon per cookie. Sprinkle them with the chocolate snips and put them in the oven.

Wait 15 minutes and let them cool down a bit. The cookies are the most delicious when they are still a bit warm but also very tasty when cooled down. Don't expect crispy cookies as they are chewy, but you'll LOVE them!

So, everytime when you are craving for a snack just eat a coatkie :). Also very handy to eat for breakfast as they give you a very fur filled feeling. Success guaranteed.

Enjoy your healthy yummy snack!
